Course Opens: 2:00 PM

Coaches Meeting-2:45 PM

Combined Alternate Race- 3:00 PM

Girls  Race-3:45 PM

Boys Race- 4:30 PM

Awards- 5:15 PM

Scoring and Uniforms: We will follow the NFHS Rules Book for Scoring and Uniforms. See the NFHS T&F/XC rules book if necessary.

Entry Deadline:October 24, 2023. Please submit all entries through milestat.com

Entries- You may enter up to 10 Runners in the varsity race( top 7 plus 3 alternates). However we will only allow 7 in the varsity race. If you have to run an alternate it must come from those 3 alternates listed. The Combined Alternate Race will be for anyone outside the top 7 of your team

Awards:

Champion & Runner-Up teams will receive trophies

Championship Team will receive medals

Top 10 individuals will receive medals

Top 10 individuals in each division will be named to the All-District Teams.

Course Information: This year's event will be electronically timed and scored. The course has been altered with the distance being 5k (3.1 miles) for the high school course.The course is challenging, traveling through and around the Cumberland Bowl Park. The main surface is grass/gravel with approximately .3 miles on pavement.

Girls Varsity Course Record: Hannah McLain, David Crockett High School, 22:24.91

Boys Varsity Course Record: Conner Shaw,David Crockett High School, 18:09.05

Region Meet Qualifiers: The top 3 teams and the first 10 individuals not on the 3 teams will advance to the 2A Region meet.

Region Entry form: The paper copy will be in each packet and should be given to Coach Sheena Carroll before leaving the course. Each coach will also need to register every qualifying runner online at milestat.com. The paper copies will be sent to the Region director as a means of checking online entries.

Results: Results will be posted at the meet and will be sent to milestat.com 

Concessions will be available 

T-shirts will be on sale.

Restrooms:Located throughout the park along the pavement close to the Start/Finish area and behind the Splash Pad. 

Parking: Buses and Cars will park along Cumberland Bowl. 

Team Camps: Will be located at the Start/Finish area 

Team Packet Pick-up: Will be located under the Red Tent at the Start/Finish area
