Arrows Invitational 2023

• 2:00 pm Packet Pick-Up
• 2:45 pm Coaches' Meeting
• 3:00 pm High School Girls 5K
• 3:30 pm High School Boys 5K
• 4:00 pm Middle School 3K (Grades 5th through 8th); boys will toe the starting line and girls will line up behind them;  once the boys start, the girls will move up to the starting line and their race will start 5 minutes after the boys;  boys and girls will score separately  
• 4:30 pm Awards

Entry Fees:  $250 per team; $15 per individuals

T-shirt Sales:  We will have cool, customized t-shirts for sale for $20 each, so please be sure to bring extra cash so that you can purchase one!  Supply is limited.

Entries: Are made via Milestat. Entries will close on Monday, November 6th, at 11:00 pm.

Timing: Chip timing will be provided by Blue Ridge Timing and meet results will be posted online.

Awards: Medals will be given to the top 5 finishers in each middle school race and to the top 10 finishers in each high school race.  Plaques will be given out to the top teams (MSG, MSB, HSG, HSB).  This meet is on a flat, fast course and can serve as an end of season finale or a tune up for post season competition.  We hope you can join us!

Inclement Weather:  This meet will take place rain or shine!  If the conditions are dry, we will use the lower course which runs along the river.  If there are rainy and muddy conditions, we will use the upper course which we used last year.  See you soon!
