Entry Fee: $50 per Gender / $100 per team (both male and female)
Meet Details: The course distance is approximately 3k. Please feel free to arrive by 3:45 to begin your set up and team warm ups. The start and finish line area is just below the tennis courts as you pull into the park. These are great areas for team tents, stretching, etc.
Schedule: Girls will run first at 4:30.. Followed by the boys at 5:00. An award ceremony will be held immediately after the conclusion of the boys race, a few moments may be needed to compile results.
Awards: Award certificates/pins will be given to the Top 5 Girls and the Top 5 boys individual runners. Additionally, We will do certificates and pins for the Top 3 overall girls team and boys team. 1st place boys and first place girls will receive a trophy. We expect the meet to be finished and ceremonies concluded by 5:45.
Parking: Limited spaces along the Tennis Courts. Most parking is in front of the baseball fields and walk over to the meet area. Buses must park in the lots closer to the baseball fields in order to preserve meet space area.
