ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED ON-LINE THROUGH WWW.MILESTAT.COM.Each team may enter 10 athletes

(7 Runners + 3 Alternates) to choose their 7 participants from.  Athletes not on the Entry Roster will not be

eligible for the meet. ENTRY DEADLINE: No later than 11:59PM on Thursday, October 27, 2023.

RULES: Cross Country section of the National Federation

Edition of the Track and Field Rule Book (2018-2019) Scoring (Rule 9- Section 2)

COURSE: 5000 Meters (3.1 miles), mostly grass. Flats or short spikes are recommended. The course is a spectator friendly course.

NOTE: THE COURSE WILL BE CLOSED AT 12:30 PM ON RACE DAY AND NO FURTHER TOURING WILL BE

ALLOWED.

PARKING: Parking will be available on the fields adjacent to

the course.
