Entries: Schools may enter 3 individuals per event and 1 relay per school. All events will be run as a timed final, and the heat order will be random in the following events, 100m, 200m, and 400m dashes. The 800m and 1600m will start from the 'waterfall" start.

Rolling Schedule after the start of the meet
3:30 pm - Coaches Meeting (Track will be open for warm-ups)
3:45 pm - Opening Ceremonies
4:00 pm - 100m Dash (6th grade followed by 7th/8th grades)
1600m Run (7th/8th grades)
4x100m Relay (6th grade followed by 7th/8th grades)
400m (7th/8th grades)
800m Run (6th grade followed by 7th/8th grades)
200m Dash (6th grade followed by 7th/8th grades)
4x400m Relay (7th/8th grades)
