Entries: Athletes can compete in a maximum of 3 events, including relays. Athletes are allowed to compete in any number of field events. Athletes competing in the 3200m run can only compete in 1 additional running event.

Entry Fees: $175.00 for Girls or Boys Team or $350.00 for Combined Gender. There will be NO additional charge for the Sub-Varsity division, these athletes will be included in the team cost. Individual entry fee is $20.00 per athlete up to 5 per gender.

Checks should be made out to: Boo Williams Sportsplex

Payments will be accepted on the day of the meet. No check in the mail stories, please. If your check does not show up on or before the day of the meet, Please do not show up without payment and expect to participate. 

T-shirts will be on sale by Cre8tee, LLC.

Please note: Sub-Varsity includes 6th/9th grade. 9th graders can run Sub-Varsity or Varsity but NOT in both.

Spectator Admission: $5.00 (ages 7-12) | $12.00 (13 and up) 

We will honor all VSHL and VHSCA Coaches Passes. All passes must be presented at the admissions window.

Packet Pickup: All packets will be picked up in the multi-purpose room. There will be wristbands for up to 5 coaches in each packet.

Reminders: Please be mindful that there is a NO OUTSIDE FOOD POLICY at Boo Williams Sportsplex. All bags will be checked. 

• All coaches and athletes will enter the facility through the rear of the track (the door is located at the end of the sidewalk). Only coaches who display their wristbands will be allowed in the in-field area.

• Only spikes are allowed on the track and will be checked. Spikes are NOT allowed on the basketball floor under ANY circumstances.    

• Athletes who compete in any horizontal jump or throwing events will have their first legal mark measured, each additional attempt will have to meet the minimum marks below

• Boys Long Jump: 16-0 

• Girls Long Jump: 14-0 

• Boys Shot Put: 32-0

• Girls Shot put: 26-0

• Boys Triple Jump: 33-0

• Girls Triple Jump:28-0 

Schedule - 

6:30 am - Doors open to competition

7:00 am - Coaches Meeting (Track will be open for warm-ups)

8:00 am - Field Event Start (See schedule below)

All Running Events will be contested at the conclusion of the High Jump and will follow the following order:

Girls followed by Boys; Sub-Varsity followed by Varsity.
