Entry Form: Entries are due by 11:59 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 29, 2023.
Entries will be done online on milestat.com. Go to the calendar page, find the Region 1D meet on the calendar, and click on the green online entry icon and enter your runners. You will also need to fill out the Regional entry form which can be found on the VHSL website at https://www.vhsl.org/cross-country/ look under resources and download the form. Please fill this out and scan it/email or email it to me at christina.bane@bcpsk12.com

Meet Instructions: Only the top 7 runners will be allowed to run in thevarsity races. Alternate runners may be substitutedon the day of the race. The uniform rule will be ineffect. Check the rule book and go over it with yourteam before the meet.
Finish Line: All runners must go through the All runners must gothrough the entire chute to be counted. They will havenumbers that they will wear and the tabs will be pulledoff in the chute. If they take it off before they arecompletely through the chute they will be disqualified.
Awards:Trophies will be presented to the top two teams and top
10 individuals. All awards and trophies will be presented at the shelter near the softball field as soon as the results are available. *No one is allowed in the shelter except for coaches and officials.
Course Info: Two Loops totalling 3.1 Miles (see Course map below)
Parking
Team Buses will be permitted to park inside the park near the team camp area. Follow the directions of the parking attendants. Spectators are to follow the signs and park in the designated areas. There will be parking attendants on site to help guide you. There is limited parking at the course so please follow the attendants. *For runner safety, once the meet starts no one will be allowed to leave until the last runner has finished the race.
Team Packets: All teams will receive a Team Packet upon arrival near the finish line, this packet will include a course map, race bibs, race chips,a coaches meeting agenda, and state entry forms.
Tents: Team Tents can be set up on the Baseball Field in the outfield area.
Dressing Area: There will be no dressing area provided, public restrooms are available near the playground and at the on the lower level parking area in the white building.
Concession:Items will be available for purchase near the dugouts of the baseball field. Cash only.
T-Shirts: T-shirts will be available to purchase near the dugouts of the baseball field. *Cash or Check Only. Prices will be sent out before the meet.
Advancement: The Top 3 teams and five individuals not on those teams will advance to the State 1A meet.
State Meet Entry
Forms:State Meet entry forms must be turned into Christina Bane via email or fax for all qualifying teams and individuals before you leave. These forms can be found at https://www.vhsl.org/cross-country/ look under resources and download the form. You will also be entering your runners online at milestat.com. Please make sure that you turn in your state meet entry forms before you leave the Regional Meet.
