VINCE BRADFORD HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL INVITATIONAL

Dear Coach---Important Info!
We are looking forward to seeing you and your team this Saturday at the Vince Bradford Invitational. While we have enough teams to be a state qualifier, we have fewer than expected entires and a result have a few changes outlined below:
CHANGE IN TIME SCHEDULE
Field events will begin at 9:30. Have all your athletes competing in a field event ready to go at 9:30 as some flights, events may be combined.
Running events will not begin at 11am. We will folllow a runnning schedule at that time.
CHANGE IN ENTRY LIMITS
You may now enter 4 athletes per event accross the board. If you have up to two particularly strong events you may add up to 6. This only applies to teams that payed (are paying ) the team prices and must be done by the entry deadline.

FORMAT: Each team is allowed 2 competitors and one relay team per event. NEW FORMAT: This year we are offering a full VHSL schedule of events and also a Middle School Division (grades 6-8). The middle school division has all events EXCEPT the discus, pole vault and the 300 meter hurdles. Both middle school hurdles are 30".
FACILITIES AND LOCATION: The meet will be held at the E. C. Glass Vince Bradford Track and Field
Complex. You should come dressed out as locker rooms are not available.
AWARDS: In the varsity and middle school divisions medals will be awarded to event winners. Team trophies will be awarded to the top two teams in each division. Coaches should pick up trophies and awards at the conclusion of the meet in the press box. Concessions will be available.to the
ENTRIES WILL ONLY BE TAKEN THROUGH MILESTAT.
Entries will open from March 1st until 5pm April 4th.
ENTRY FEES:
Boys Varsity: $10.00 per athlete or $120.00 per team (whichever is less)
Girls Varsity: $10.00 per athlete or $120.00 per team (whichever is less)
Boys and Girls Varsity Teams: $220.00
Boys Middle School: $10.00 per athlete or $120 per team (whichever is less)
Girls Middle School: $10.00 per athlete or $120 per team (whichever is less)
Boys and Girls Middle School Teams: $220.00
