Meet Information
Thomas Jefferson HSST Polar Bear Meet
January 20, 2024
This meet will be limited to 6 teams. We will run all indoor running events; we will not be contesting any field events. If interested, please contact Coach Todd Withington for meet password at: jtwithington@fcps.edu.
Entries will be due at 12:00 NOON on Friday, January 19th, 2024.
We will start at 10 am.
Entry Limitations:
Teams will be allowed ten (10) entries for the 55m hurdles, 55m dash, 300m dash & 500m Dash; eight (8) entries for the 1000m and 1600m runs, and 4 entries for the 3200m run. Teams may also enter two (2) relay teams per event.
All times will be recorded with F.A.T. timing, and results will be posted live on Milestat.com. For questions regarding entries or results, please contact Matt Gilchrist (K&G TIming) at mtgilchrist@fcps.edu

4x800m Relay (Boys and Girls may be combined depending upon numbers)

- Girls 3200m Run
- Boys 3200m Run (Note: Boys & GIrls may be combined if 18 or fewer total contestants)
