This meet is reserved for Essex High School, Charles City High School, Northumberland High School, Rappahannock, and King & Queen High School only. Any additional teams who are interested should email Essex Head Coach Steve Coles at s.coles5368@gmail.com for password.
Each team will be allowed six entries per event and up to three relay teams. (Entries include possible JV athletes as well).
Field Events start at 4:30 p.m. (There will be no pole vault conducted at this meet.)
Running events start at 5:15 p.m.
