Entry Limits

Unlimited entries in individual events.

Two entries per relay event. 

Please be reasonable on how many athletes you enter in each event.  We are trying to make sure athletes have marks for the Regional meets.

Open Pit/Open Circle format - 4 Attempts

Shot Put, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump (Follows LJ)

Running Events 3:30

4x800m Relay

55 Hurdles

55 Dash

1600m Run/3200m Run (Likely B & G combined)

4x200m Relay

500m Dash

1000m Run (Possibly B & G combined)

300m Dash

4x400m Relay (Combined depending on number of entries)
