Entries are due by Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 12 noon.
Athletes may enter in either the 800m run OR the 1600m run, as well as field events (LJ & TJ).
Schedule of Events: (Girls followed by Boys)
Divisions will be run in the following order (note divisions/genders may be combined if numbers are low in certain events)
Pre-K Mixed 800m Run ( 1 heat)
Gr 1-2 Mixed 800m Run (1 heat)
Gr 1-2 Mixed 1600m Run (1 heat)
Gr 3-5 Girls & Boys 1600m Run (1 heat)
Gr 3-5 Girls 800m Run (1 heat)
Gr 3-5 Boys 800m Run (1 heat)
Gr 6-8 Girls & Boys 800m Run (1 heat)
Gr 3-5& 6-8 Girls 1600m Run (1 heat)
Gr Boys 1600m Run (1 heat)
Long Jump & Shot Put will also be contested at the same time as the running events.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
For first time users (parents);
1) Create Milestat.com account (this is free, although there are premium services you can subscribe to).
After account is created and user is logged in:
2) Go to Meet Link on Calendar (CYA Meet #1); click on "Register Online Now"
3) The first screen will ask user if they would like to register as a school, club or unattached. Select "Unattached".
4). On the next page, it asks the user to Choose an Athlete. You may either Search for an Athlete (The CYA Roster will be uploaded so names are already input), or click on Create New Athlete. (User may repeat if they have multiple athletes).
5). Once they have chosen their athlete (or athletes if parents have multiple children enrolled), users will be direct to Choose Division (Pre-K & Kindergarten, Grades 1-2, Grades 3-5, Grades 6-8).
6). The next page asks if they would like to import entries from previous meet (they should skip this).
7). In choosing each event, the user should click on "Add Entries". On the right hand side, they should see a list with their athletes listed. Users should check the box(es) followed by Save & Return to Event List.
8). Repeat for each event that they are entering. When they are finished, user should click on Done.
9). The final page should be a Thank You page to confirm entries.
