Parking: Parking lot near Tennis Courts. Please remind athletes and parents parking will be limited because it is a school day.
Admissions: $7 per person no passes are accepted unless Region or VHSL approved.

Stadium Policies
- Spikes may be worn only during competition
- No athletes on the infield unless warming up for event
- Use the provided trash receptacles
- Starting blocks are only to be used at the starting line
- Athletes are expected to use the equipment and facility in a proper manner
- Please remind athletes to throw hip numbers away in trash cans (not on the ground)

Emergency Medical Services
- Athletic Trainer-Brooke Point High School.
- If Athletes need taping please make sure athletes bring athletic tape with them.
- Emergency transportation requires the coach's approval and emergency contact information.

Entries: Milestat
Three entries per event.
If a school would like to enter more than three per event we must have a verified FAT Commonwealth district qualifying time, jump or distance for all athletes entered in the event.
Example: CF wants to enter 4 athletes in the 100m. All 4 athletes must have an FAT Commonwealth district qualifying time
All entries will be done on Milestat. Please make sure you have all results from meets on Milestat. Any time or distance that can't be verified will result in NT for seeding purposes. No club or unattached time/marks will be accepted.
Entries must be completed by 11:00 pm three days before the original meet date of 5/6/22. After this time entries will be closed. Please make sure results have been posted on Milestat before you do your entries.
Make sure you understand the declaration rule. For example; you may enter an athlete in the 100, 200, and 4x100, if you scratch the athlete from the 200 they may still run the 4x100 but you cannot add them to another event. If you are unsure please contact me. However, if you enter an athlete in 4 running events planning on scratching later that will not work and the athlete will be deleted from the last event entered.
Additional Information:
Pole Vault and High Jump - No hard hair retainers are permitted
At the start of the meet Field event Judges will ask if an athlete is participating in another events. Any adjustment will be made after this.
There is a 15 min excusal time for an athlete to check out for another event. The check back time will be recorded.
If there is a tie for a place for the finals in a race - FAT will then go to thousands to break the tie.
