Greetings,

Thank you in advance for participating in North Staffords Track Meet.

Please read the guidelines for the track meet below:

  • 7 athletes per gender for the 100m dash

    6 athletes for every other race

  • The relay teams will consist of A and/or B.

  • Relay teams must use chalk as a mark instead of tape. North Stafford will provide chalks for all teams.

  • This is a reminder that each team (Coach) is responsible for timing their own athletes.

  • Field Events will start at 4:00pm, Running events will begin at 5:00pm
