Tuscarora High School is hosting a 5 team meet with Dominion, Loudoun Valley, Heritage and Potomac Falls on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024, beginning at 2:30 p.m.
Entries due on Sunday, April 28th at 8pm

100, 200, 400, Hurdles: 6
800, 1600, 3200: 8
Field Events: 6
4x100: 2
4x400/4x800: 3
Field Events will start at 2:30PM:
Open pit - 4 jumps, 1 hour open pits
Boys/Girls Long Jump followed by Boys/Girls Triple Jump
Girls High Jump followed by Boys High Jump (starting height 4'/5')
Boys Shot followed by Girls Shot (4 throws, no finals)
Running Events will start at 3PM (Girls followed by Boys):
4x800m Relay (possibly combined, one curve staggered start in lanes)
Girls 100m HH/Boys 110 HH
Girls/Boys 100m Dash
Girls/Boys 1600m Run
Girls/Boys 4x100m Relay
Girls/Boys 400m Dash
Girls/Boys 300m Hurdles
Girls/Boys 800m Run
