ENTRIES: Entry deadline is Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Entries are to be onMileStat.com. Each Team will be allowed 3 athletes per event.
UNIFORMS: The National Federation rules governing uniforms will be enforced.
IMPLEMENT CERTIFICATION: All throwing implements will be weighed and verified. Pole vaulters poles will be certified.
FACILITIES: The Manor Sports Complex has one pole vault pit. The Lakeland Sports Complex Track is an 8-lane 200m IAAF certified synthetic surface with two long jumps pits, one high jump pit, and a concrete throwing circle.
TICKET PRICES: $10.00 for all spectators; kids 5 and under are free.
SPIKES: A 14 pyramid spikes only. No needle or Christmas tree spikes allowed. Shoes will be checked by the clerks.
TRAINER: There will be an athletic trainer on site for the duration of the meet.
BUS PARKING: Buses may unload teams at Manor High School in the front of the Sports Complex. Buses may unload teams at Lakeland High School in the parking lot next to the Sports complex. Buses will be directed to a designated parking area after unloading athletes.
STATE MEET ENTRIES: Athletes who finish in the top four in the region meet and those who have met a state qualifying standard are eligible for entry in the VHSL Class 4 State Track and Field Championship Meet. Coaches need to complete state entries electronically by using Milestat.com.
AWARDS: Coaches need to pick up individual awards at the conclusion of the meet. Team awards will be presented at the conclusion of the meet.
