Parking

Spectator parking will be in the parking lot to the right of the school.  Team buses/vans will be allowed to park in the parking lot directly in front of the school.   There will be parking attendants and signs to direct you. 

Please note: There will be a VACA tournament charge of $5 cash per vehicle for parking/admission to this event to help offset timer and costs of putting on the meet. Thank you for your understanding. 

Schedule:

7:30 - 8:45am    arrive and pick up registrations

8:15am       Coaches meeting at finish line/course overview

9:00am        MS Girls 2 mile

9:30am*    MS Boys 2 mile

10:00am*    Varsity Girls 5K

10:45am*    Varsity Boys 5K

11:30am*    Awards (outside near the finish line)

* - NOTE: The Girls 2 mile race will begin promptly at 9:00am.  All races after that will start as soon as the previous race is scored and the timing is reset, but NOT BEFORE the listed time.

T-shirts

VACA 2024 T-shirts will be available to purchase on site.

Awards: Per VACA 

Athlete requirements:
Appropriate attire required for all runners participating. Shirts (uniform tank top or shirt), running shorts/pants, and running shoes (spikes or tennis shoes).
Fees:
There is a $10/runner VACA fee.  Checks should be make out to VACA and brought to the meet or mailed ahead of time to:
