1st Annual Virginia Classical Schools Cross-Country Championships

Deadline: Please enter online and submit all entries at milestat.com by 7:00 pm on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
Entry Fee: We are asking for each school to pay a $200 fee in order to help defray costs. Coaches should submit payment when they check in at the Coaches' Tent. If your school is unable to contribute, however, please reach out to Meet Director, John Alley (jalley@hunterclassicalchristian.org); otherwise, please bring a check made out to Hunter Classical Christian School to the meet.

Check-In:
Coaches should check in at the Coaches' Tent to pick up packets. There will be an assortment of breakfast food, as well, for coaches and volunteers; please keep your athletes away from this area.
All teams must have a coach or volunteer at the finish in case of medical issues at the finish line and to keep runners moving along. Runners must keep walking once they come across the finish line.
Medical personnel will be on site to assist with any life-threatening or heat-related emergencies.
