8/18 update: Girls combined JV & Varsity race at 9:00am; Boys combined JV & Varsity race at 9:40. Also, Fleet Feet will not be able to attend unfortunately.

The Commonwealth District is pleased to host our 2nd annual preview day as a time trial for all district schools (+James Monroe).
All races will be hand-timed by BrookePoint (using a hand-held printer timer) and results will be shared with athletes and coaches. Results will not be posted on milestat since it's before the official season begins.
In addition to the races, Fleet Feet of Fredericksburg will be hosting a fun event with participation by various shoe companies & giveaways.
Schedule - Approximate schedule below. Each race will begin ~ 5 min after the prior race ends so that coaches have time to get to the start. Depending on #s of runners, JV and Var races may be combined.
9:00am - Girls Varsity (10max)
9:35am - Boys Varsity (10 max)
10:05 - Girls JV (unlimited)
10:40 - Boys JV (unlimited)
