Meet Information

NOTE: (8/16)- Due to facility restrictions, there will NOT be any pole vault contested.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MEET WILL MOVE ALONG, AFTER THE 9:10 START FOR THE 1 MILE RUN.  AS SUCH, ALL WALK-IN REGISTRATIONS SHOULD ARRIVE AND REGISTER BY 9:00 AM.

Please Note:  The meet registration will close online at 6pm on Thursday 8/15  so to save $10 get your entry in by that time.   Try to use a laptop or desktop computer to register online and not your phone as some of the "next" buttons are hard to see on your phone no matter how you hold it. Same can happen on a tablet.  

$10 fee for youth and PVTC members and $20 for non members if you register by 6pm on 8/15.   Race day : $20 for youth/PVTC members and $30 for non-members.  One price for as many events as you want to try.

Field events are limited due to facility constraints.    
there will not be any hammer or javelin or weight throw or super weight -sorry the facility can not accommodate these events safely. We plan to host a throw meet with these event in late September near Leesburg....details to follow once we secure a facility.
Youth will go first in Sprints
for 800 and longer events: we will break up sections from fast to slow.

Youth Long Jump followed by Adult long jump followed by all triple jump



Discus followed by shot put followed by weight throw and super weight



High Jump for those starting below 5 ft



10am 



High Jump for those start at 5ft or high
Pole Vault cancelled.



Noon 
Turbo Jav and Aero jav (11-12) on  the infield  
(sign up for turbo jav if you are 11-12 and want to do this event)
We will have short and long turbo javs to throw, 
but we likely will not be able to bring an official aero jav.
