  • 1. Sponsored By: Eleven West and Radford High School and sanctioned by the VHSL.

  • 3. Scoring: There will be (6) places scored for all events: Boys varsity events - Girls varsity events

    A. Individual events: 8-6-4-3-2-1

    B. Relay events: 10-8-6-4-2-1
  • 4. Awards: For girls and boys a trophy will be presented to the first place team and second place team. Plaques will be presented to the following participants: one each for girls and boys: (A) most points scored overall in meet (B) most points scored in field events (C) most points scored in running events. Medals will be presented to the top three place winners. Ribbons will be presented to 4th - 6th place finishers. A coin will be tossed to determine who will receive the ribbons in case of a tie. Medals, trophies, ribbons, and plaques will be presented to each coach at the conclusion of the meet. We are looking into possibly having an awards presentation.

  • 5. Entries: Limitations shall be:

    A. 2 entries per school in the 100, 200, 400, 100H, 110H

    B. only 2 entries per school in all other individual events

    C. only 1 relay team per school in each relay event

    D. relays count as one (1) running event

  • 6. Entry Deadline: Entry form must be in our hands by Thursday, April 15, 2004 by 3:00 p.m. - mail entries to Cecil Phillips, Radford High School, 50 Dalton Drive, Radford, VA 24141 - or fax to Cecil Phillips by 3:00 p.m. on April 15, 2004. (Fax #540-731-4427) WE MUST HAVE YOUR ENTRY ON TIME!! LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
