Meet Information
The first race will start at 4:30.
If most of the 7 commonwealth teams choose to participate and bring many teams then we will run 2 seperate races
4:30 Girls
5:30 Boys
If there is a smaller number of teams registered then we will run 1 race at 4:30 for boys and girls
Each relay team will have 5 runners. We will have any athletes not on teams of 5 start with the first group of runners and have them finish a few meters from the exchange zone to avoid hand off confusion.
Each school please bring your own batons.
