Online Registration Instructions
Welcome to the 2025 Virginia Association of Christian Athletics State Track and Field Meet -Hosted by Blue Ridge Christian School and Redeemer Classical School
Location: Eastern Mennonite University, Harrisonburg
Entries: Each individual is allowed to participate in up to 3 running events (induvial and/or relays) unless they are participating in the 3200 then it is up to 2 running events, and unlimited field events.
All entries are due by 04/28/2024 at 8:00 pm.
Scoring: The first 6 places will score. The standard point distribution of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1 in each event will count towards the overall team score. Per VACA rules, only events with at least one member from 3 different teams will be counted in the scoring.
Seeding: All running events will be run as timed finals slow to fast. Please enter accurate times so proper seeding can occur.
Schedule:
9:00 AM Coaches Meeting
9:10 AM Prayer for all athletes and coaches
9:15 AM Open pits for field event warm-ups
9:30 AM Field events begin
10:00 AM Running events begin on a rolling schedule. If there is no one entered in an event it will be skipped and the clerk of course and starter will move on to the next scheduled event.

- 100/110 Hurdles
- 100m Dash
- 1600m Run
- 4 x 100m Relay
- 400m Dash
- 300m Hurdles
- 800m Run
- 200m Dash
- 3200m Run (High School Only)
- 4x400m Relay
Field Events:
- High Jump Boys and girls starting height 3'6" for both (once bar is moved up it cannot be moved back down) (3 attempts at each height until out)
- Long Jump Open Pit for girls and boys (4 jumps no finals)
- Triple Jump Open Pit for girls and boys after long jump has been completed (4 jumps no finals).
- Discus (4 throws no finals)
- Shot Put (4 throws no finals)
- Pole Vault Boys and girls starting height 4' 0" for both (once bar is moved up it cannot be moved back down) (3 attempts at each height until out)
Spikes: Spikes no longer than 1/4 inch will be allowed. 1/8th inch preferred.
Concessions: will be available.
Seating: Limited bleacher room is available. Please bring chairs. Team tents may be set up on the outside of the track.
Spectators: Only coaches, athletes, and volunteers helping with the meet are allowed on the infield.
