PARTICIPANTS: The district teams can enter 10 athletes and race 7 athletes. Five athletes score with runners six and seven displacing other point scorers. The District champions shall be the boys' and girls' teams that win the District meet. The first fifteen (15) individual finishers, in both the boys' and the girls' meets, shall be designate as "All-District". Each participant must have competed in one regular season district meet to be able to compete in the district championship meet. The final score will be determined by the top 5 scorers.

ENTRY FORMS: Entries MUST be done electronically on Milestat no later than Friday, October 25th at 3:30pm.Link https://va.milesplit.com/meets/642248-cedar-run-district-championships-2024/info
SPECIFICS: There are no locker rooms available. Bathrooms will be available. Tents may only be erected in the designated areas. Teams MUST clean up their area of all trash upon completion of the race.
NUMBERS: All participants will wear numbers on the front of their singlet. The numbers, pins, chips and other official materials will be distributed to coaches at the scorer's table at 10:00am during the coaches meeting.
CHAMPIONS: First, second and third place will each receive District medals. Top team - trophy.
TEAM CHAMPION: The team champion will receive a District Championship trophy.
REGIONS: Nov.7th2024. Girls' 11:00am / Boys' 11:45am at Great Meadow.
The top 3teams and 15 individuals inclusive of qualifying teams will advance to the region championship.
STATES: Nov. 16that Oatlands, Leesburg. Starts times are TBD. Top 3 teams and top 5 individuals exclusive of qualifying teams from each region championship meet will qualify for the VHSL 6A State Championships.
