9th Atlantic Coast XC Invitational
DATE: Saturday, October 11, 2025
SITE: Bells Mill Park, 420 Albemarle Drive, Chesapeake, VA 23322
TICKETS: $8 Entry Fee for ALL spectators (kids 3 & under are Free). Cash/CashApp only. If you must pay with a credit card, you may do so at our snack bar.

Parking: CARS MUST PARK IN THE SHEA DR. LOT. We have a limited amount of spaces for the Handicapped adjacent to the park. Buses can drop off at the park but must park across the street on Shea
Drive. Overflow parking is in abundance in the Shea Drive lot (see diagram).

Food/Beverage: We will have a food truck on-site and a coffee/snack bar with items for sale. All forms of payments will be accepted.
AWARDS: The top 5 finishers in each HS division will receive a trophy and the next 10 finishers will receive medals. The top 15 finishers in the MS/ES divisions will receive medals. Top boys and girls teams (varsity) will receive the team trophy. Medals for each race will be given out at the finish of each race. Team trophies for HS Varsity will be given out at the conclusion of the JV races.

ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE SCHOOL DIVISIONS: Enter your athletes as individuals or with a club in these divisions. Grades 6-8th are considered the Middle School division and Grades 5th and below are considered the Elementary School Division.

CHIP TIMING will be used for the HS races. There will be a $20.00 fee per chip that is not returned by the Coach. Please view the video below on the proper way to attach the chip to your shoe.
