0830 -Coaches meeting  - Pick UP Schedule, and Heat Sheets 

0900 Playing of the National Anthem and Salute to Fallen Heroes

0905 Field Events Start - 3 Attempts for all field events -Best Effort

Running Events Start at 0915

Individual Events will be run in sequence of 6th, 7th , 8th with Girls followed by Boys

G/B Run together for 800,1600 (Heats by grade) Distance Medley Relay-1 Heat G/B together 

All relays are mixed Middle School grades -Open events that indicate "middle school" are mixed grades. (Shot, Discus, HJ)

Long Jump, and Shot Put begin at 0900 - Discuss Follows Shot- High Jump Follows Long Jump

Running Events start at 0930 and are on a rolling schedule.

09:15 -1600 Meter Run- 6/7/8 Grades 3 Heats Boys and Girls run together -Limit of 2 entries per school per grade-- 3 Heats 

09:45 - 100 Meter Dash -6/7/8 Grades -Limit of 8 Runners per school per grade-Heats are by Grade -

5 Minute Break to Compile 100 Results

10:10 - 1600 Sprint Medley Relay (200-200-800-400) - Mixed Grades in Teams-Limit of 1 Team per school Girls then Boys - 2 Heats

10:30 - 800 Meter Run - 6/7/8 Grades -Limit of 2 entries per school per grade Girls then Boys 3 heats

10:45 - 200 Dash 6/7/8 Grades -Limit of 4 entries per school per grade G then B

11:05 - 4000 Distance Medley (400-800-1200-1600)- Mixed Grades in Teams-Limit of 1 Team per school-One Heat -G & B Together

11:25 - Middle School 300 Meter Hurdles -Compete By Grade 6/7 together and then 8th-Girls then Boys Heats-all run 30 Hurdles - Limit of 2 Entries per school per grade-Medal for 1st to 5th

11:45- 400 Meter Dash 6/7/8 Grades - Limit of 4 Entries per school per grade Heats by Grade

12:00 - Middle School 4x100 Relay - Mixed Grades in Teams-Limit of 1 Team per school-Girls then Boys 2 heats

12:05 - Middle School 4x400 Relay - Mixed Grades in Teams-Limit of 1 Team per school

10-Minute Break to Compile Team Awards=

Individual Medals for 1st-2nd and 3rd By Grade Level in Open Events and by MS (6/7/8) in Relays- Exceptions are Shot Discus and High Jump with medals for 1st to 5th

Runners pick up awards in the center of the field after results are announced.

Team Awards for 1st and 2nd Place Team for both Girls and Boys Teams

Event Scoring for Team Awards is 5 - 3 - 1 for Individual Events and Relays score 10-6-2

No starting blocks will be used for any events
