Meet Information
Entry Limits: 3 individuals /events. Unless they meet the meet
standard. 1 Relay.
Individuals are limited to 3 running events (unlimited field events),
unless they are running the 3200 in which case they can only run 1 other event
that day.
If a school would like to enter more than three
per event, we must have a verified district qualifying time, jump or distance
for all athletes entered in the event. Example:
BP wants to enter 5 athletes in the 55m. All 5 athletes must have the
district standard. All entries will be done on Milestat.
Please make sure you have all the results from meets
on Milestat. Any time or distance that can't be verified will result in NT for
seeding purposes. No club or unattached time/marks will be accepted.
Make sure you understand the declaration rule. For example,
you may enter an athlete in the 55, 300 and 4x200, if you scratch the athlete
from the 300, they may still run the 4x200 but you cannot add them to
another event. If you are unsure, please contact me.
However, if you enter an athlete in 4 running events
planning on scratching later that will not work, and the athlete will be
deleted from the last event entered.
UNIFORMS: Team members shall wear the school uniform.
A competitor must be in the proper track uniform and wearing his/her
contestant number before he/she will be permitted to compete.
EQUIPMENT: Each school will furnish its own batons, shot, and
vaulting poles. Starting blocks will be provided, but schools are
encouraged to bring their own blocks.
CONTROL OF THE FIELD: Each coach is asked to keep his/her squad in the
stands, off the track, and out of the infield, except when an individual
is competing or warming-up. The only people allowed on the infield
are those with identification tags indicating an official capacity in the
meet and coaches in appropriately identified coaching areas or boxes. All
others may be disqualified.
SCORING: 10-8-6-4-2-1 for all events.

Field Events: There will be (2) schools
assigned per event. Each school please provide (2) helpers per event.
