This meet will be governed in accordance with Virginia High School League Rules
Entries: Each team will be allowed to enter 6 athletes in each running event, 5 in each field event, and 3 relay events. Athletes can compete in a maximum of 3 events, including running/relays and unlimited field events.
Deadline for Entries: Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 6:00 pm

Throwing Implements must be provided by competing athletes and will be subject to weigh-in before the competition.

All running events will begin at 3:45 pm with a Rolling Schedule after the start of the meet
All events will run Girls' followed by Boys'
