***There will be declarations for the 200.  Declarations will begin after the Boys 100 and will close after the Boys 400. If you do not declare before the 400 finishes, you will be scratched.  The Girls and Boys 200 will be re-seeded after the declaration period.  Declarations will take place at the table at midfield.  

THE TRACK FACILITY WILL OPEN AT 10:00 AM on Saturday, 5/10. Athletes and coaches can be dropped off at the gate located at the top of the home bleachers for entry.  After drop off, buses will need to continue to the top of the hill to the baseball parking lot to turn around.  Bus Parking will be available in the Vocational/School Board Parking lot at the bottom of the hill.  This is located across the street from the stadium.

SANCTION

This meet is sanctioned for Virginia and Kentucky High School teams.  All athletes must be a current member of their high school team and must be accompanied by a coach from that team. All schools must be a member of a State Association that is a member of the NFHS or an approved association

Unlimited Entries (Entries close on Friday, May 9 at 7:00 PM.)

ENTRY FEES

The entry fee is $50.00 total PER TEAM (boys OR girls teams)/$75.00 PER SCHOOL (boys AND girls teams). Entry fees are to help with the payment for the F.A.T. timing of the meet.  Entry fees can be paid by mailing a check to Lee High School Track & Field 200 Generals Ln. Jonesville, VA 24263.  Teams can also bring a check the day of the meet.

WEIGH-INS

Weigh-ins will take place in the shot put area outside the stadium beginning at 10:00 am.  Only APPROVED IMPLEMENTS are to be in the throws areas.

COACHES MEETING 

Coaches meeting will take place at 10:30 am at midfield.

If anyone would like to volunteer to assist in running a field event, please email/text/call to let us know by Thursday, 5/8.  Any remaining field events will be assigned evenly throughout the teams attending.  Those assignments will be emailed/communicated late Friday evening (5/9).
