Field Events begin at 4:30, Running Events at 5:00  (B/G 4x800 and 3200 may be run together)

Entries are limited to 4 athletes per school in heated races.

Unlimited athletes in non-heated races.

Entries are limited to 6 athletes per school in field events

Suggested Minimum marks:

Boys LJ: 17'0"

Boys TJ 35'0"

Boys HJ 5'0" (starting height)

Boys Shot 32'0"

Boys Discus 75'0"

Girls LJ: 13'0"

Girls TJ 25'0"

Girls HJ 4'0" (starting height)

Girls Shot 24'0"

Girls Discus 50'0"

Each school is responsible for running one field event(please have two individuals):

Goochland: B/G Discus, Girls LJ/TJ

Fluvanna: B/G HJ

Louisa: B/G Shot

Orange: B/G LJ/TJ
