ENTRY FEE: $250 per school (If boys and girls teams are separate, each team is $150). $15.00 per individual entry (up to 15 total entries). Make checks out to LBSS attention Givon Holmes.
ENTRIES: 30 individual entries and 2 relay entries per gender.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, March 19 at 11p.m. Entries will be done on https://va.milesplit.com/meets/662648-lake-braddock-freshmansophomore-showcase-2025/info
PARTICIPATION RULES: Each athlete may compete in three running events and any number of field events. Athletes competing in the 3200 may only compete in one other track event.
AWARDS: Individual awards will be given to the top 3 in each event.
SCORING: There will be no team scoring
SCHEDULE: The meet will run on a rolling schedule.
FIELD EVENTS: 4 attempts, no finals.
TRACK EVENTS: Event order: Fresh Girl, Fresh Boys, Soph Girls, Soph Boys
