RULES: In accordance with VHSL

SANCTION: VHSL (Border States)

ENTRY INFO: Unlimited entries. Entry fee will be $150 per team gender (girls and boys separate), 10 athletes will constitute as a team. Less than 10 athletes $15 per athlete and $30 per Relay without a full team.

FIELD EVENTS: Three attempts plus finals. Throws: 1st legal throw will be measured. All others must meet minimum distances to be measured. Jumps: three jumps plus finals.

EQUIPMENT: Throwers must use their own implements, and will be subject to inspection. Starting blocks will be used for the Finals Only.

AWARDS: Top three finishers in all events will receive medals.

FACILITY: 400 meter all weather track with 8 lanes 42"; all weather runways and concrete circles; FAT timing. No radios/speakers, glass containers, or open grills allowed in the Stadium. Tents and/or umbrellas will be allowed on the top row of the stadium only excluding in front of the press box. Restrooms are available at the facility. Parking lots are located near the Stadium. Concession will be open during the meet. Trash cans will be available and teams should police their own areas for trash.

Shot Put (Girls followed by Boys) First legal throw will be measured. All other attempts must meet minimum distance: Girls 25', Boys 35'
