Meet Information
- Entry fee: $300.00 per team (this price includes both middle and high school, male and female). Payment link will be sent directly to registered teams.
- Entry restrictions: Each athlete is allowed to compete in 4 total events, each team is allowed 4 athletes per event and 2 relays per event.
- Restrooms are available.
- Each team is responsible for bringing their own starting blocks, relay batons, and water.
- Team Tents: Limit to ONLY along the short edges of the infield or outside the track near the HJ. If line of sight is blocked we will ask you to move your tent. Do not set up tents on the HJ or LJ apron. Do not set up tents at the far end of the track (near LJ) as you will not be able to hear the announcer calling athletes for check in.
- Athletes and Coaches ONLY allowed on the infield, no spectators. No ball playing allowed on the infield.
- Volunteers: Each team may be asked to provide volunteers. If needed, volunteers will be assigned jobs at the Coaches Meeting. However, if you have experience in a certain area, please let the Meet Director know prior to the meet.
- We will feature 2 divisions - a middle school and a high school division.
- Team scoring: Top six. 1st place (10), 2nd (8), 3rd (6), 4th (4), 5th (2), 6th (1). One relay team will score.
- Medals will be awarded to top 3 NVIAC individuals in each event.
- Discus Weights: HS Boys = 1.6 kg, HS Girls = 1 kg, MS Boys/Girls = 1 kg.
- Shot Put Weights: HS Boys = 12 lbs, HS Girls/MS Boys = 8.8 lbs (4 kg), MS Girls = 6 lbs.
- High Jump Starting Heights: MSG 3'8", MSB 3'10" HSG 4'0", HSB 4'8".
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: The order will be MS Girls, MS Boys, HS Girls, HS Boys with the exception of the 100/110 Hurdles which will be MS Girls, HS Girls, MS Boys, HS Boys.
7:30 AM Coaches Meeting and Throws Implement Weigh-in. Any athletes who did not get their implement weighed will have to borrow one at the event.
7:45 AM Field Event Check-in and Warm Ups. 8:00 AM Field Events Begin - Combined Grades (HJ Boys exception) - 3 Attempts
- Long Jump: Boys first --> Girls. Triple Jump (High School) after LJ.
- High Jump: Girls First --> MS Boys --> HS Boys
- Shot Put: Boys first --> Girls
- Discus: Girls first --> Boys
