2025 VHSL Region 6B XC Championships
WHEN: Friday, October 31st, 2025
WHERE: Willowmere Park - Stafford, VA
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
- 8:30am: Buses can begin arriving
- 9:00 am: Course Opens
- 10:15 am: Coaches Meeting at Finish Line
- 11:00 am: Girls Championship Race
- 11:45 am: Boys Championship Race
- 12:30 pm: Awards Ceremony
FORMAT: Each District will submit their District Championship results to the Tournament Director by email (maynardbl@staffordschools.net) as soon as their District Championships are completed. The MileStat page will be set to open the afternoon of the first District's Championship, and all qualifying teams and individuals should be entered as early as possible. We will close entries on Sunday, October 26th at 9pm in order to give the timing company, and the vendor creating the t-shirts, time to complete their needed work.
COURSE PREVIEW: Teams with a desire to preview the course can do so on the afternoon/evening of October 29th. The Tournament Director will work to make sure the course is marked from 2:30pm - 6:30pm that afternoon/evening. Please just let the Tournament Director know if you are going to use the course that day, and your approximate arrival time.

BOX ASSIGNMENTS: Girls Box Assignments
STATE FORMS: State XC Entry Form (must be filled out after the race and given to the Meet Director), but you can pre-fill all but student-athlete information to save yourself time after the race
T-SHIRTS: There will be Regional T-shirts with all participants names on the back available for purchase the day of the race.
AWARDS: 1st Place Team for Boys and Girls will receive a Team Trophy, and their will be Medals for Top 3 Individual Boys and Girls Finishers

Jury of Appeals: North Stafford AD will decide day of if/when issues arise
ADMISSION FEE: $6 per person - CLICK HERE to purchase tickets (no day of Cash Purchases) - Senior Citizens (65 and older) or kids (8th grade and under) there is no charge
