* James River District meet teams
*Cumberland XC Course (new location start at the track / football stadium)
*Bus parking located past the Cumberland Elementary School on right (second parking lot for buses)
*Spectator parking is located at the Cumberland Elementary School (first parking lot for cars, etc.)
*Restrooms location at the walk-up ramp trailer
*Please cleanup your team area after the meet
*5000 meters (5K) for High School, JV (5K) for Middle School
*3:45 pm - Course opens for walk thru
*4:00 pm - Coaches Meeting (assignments)
*4:15 pm - Senior Ceremony
*4:30 pm - boys & girls 5x1000 Relay Combined & 1K/2K Race
*5:00 pm - boys & girls high school race (combined)
* FAT Timing or Hand Timing
*There will be no charge to attend this JRD XC meet
* Team entries will enter through www.milestat.com
*Appeals - Three coaches will be selected as jury of appeals if needed
*Teams can set-up in the stands or grass area's - tents must be secured in stands especially
* Trainer will not be on site, but ice bags will be available if needed by host school
*Refreshments will be provided
*Top 5 finish recognition per gender races
* Covid Restrictions / protocols are still in place
