This meet will be governed in accordance with Virginia High School League Rules
Entries: Each team will be allowed UNLIMITED entries in each individual running event with the expedition of the Sub Varsity 1600/3200; only 4 athletes will be allowed in these running event and 2 relay teams per event.
All schools will be allowed to enter six (6) athletes in all field events.
Athletes can compete in a maximum of 3 events, including running/relays and unlimited field events.
Spectators Fees: $5 (Ages 7-12) $10 (Ages 13 - older) $5 (Ages 60 +)
Coaches Passes: VHSL and VHSCA Coaches Passes. ALL passe must be presented at the admissions window.
Combined Teams (Boys and Girls) - $350.00
This fee applies to both girls and boys teams competing.
One team fee - $250.00
This fee applies to one team or gender. For example, you will bring just your girls team. Teams with 5 or more athletes will be considered a team
Individual Entry - $15.00

Facility Restrictions: No outside food items are allowed in Boo Williams Sportsplex
Team Information - Teams MUST enter through the Team entrance located at the start of the 55m dash entrance. No teams or athletes should enter through the Main entrance; this entrance is for paying spectators ONLY.
Each team will receive (5) wristbands for Coaches. VHSL/VHSCA Coaches passes will be accepted.
Buses MUST drop off teams/athletes at the side entrance of Boo Williams Sportsplex and park in the rear parking lot.
All teams MUST set up team areas and sit on the Orange side of the facility there will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this. No teams or athletes will be allowed to sit on the finish line of the track; this area is for PAID Spectators. Teams will be allowed to enter the Green side of the facility once field events have concluded.
Throwing Implements must be provided by competing athletes and will be subject to weigh-in before the competition.
Starting Heights:
Pole Vault - Will be determined after entries close
High Jump - Will be determined after entries close
Hospitality Room:The coaches hospitality room will be located in the conference room from 8:00 am - 12:00 noon. You MUST have a wristband to gain access to the hospitality room. ATHLETES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED!
T-Shirt: Souvenir T-shirts will be sold in the lobby.
Photography: photos will be taken for sale.

8:00 am - 3200m Run Girls followed by Boys (Varsity followed by Sub-Varsity)
8:00 am - Girls Long Jump (Boys to follow) 3 attempts; No Final
8:00 am - Boys Triple Jump (Girls to follow) 3 attempts; No Final
8:00 am - Boys Shot (Girls to follow) 3 attempts; No Final
8:00 am - Boys High Jump followed by Girls High Jump
8:00 am - Girls Pole Vault (Boys to follow) or (Combined)
9:30 - Opening Ceremonies
9:45 am - EST - The running events below will begin once ALL FE are concluded
