Spectator Admission: $7.00 (cash or digital tickets) A GoFan link will be provided when it becomes available.
Location: John E. Painter Park 1100 20th Street Grottoes, VA 24441
Parking: The Town of Grottoes has requested that the park remain open during the meet. Therefore, ALL vehicles must park in the lot or grass field near the baseball fields. Please DO NOT park in the parking lots at the back of the park so they can remain open for other visitors. Teams may be dropped off between the pavilions/stage and buses will be directed to the bus parking area.
Entries: Entries must be submitted via MileStat.com by Monday, October 20, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. You may enter up to 10 athletes in the Varsity race (only your top 7 may run in the race). Athletes not in your top 7 may run in the open division. *Also, you must fill out the DISTRICT VHSL Entry Form that is attached and email to Zach Mathias by the entry deadline.
An Athletic Trainer will be available at the finish line area and will provide Water/Gatorade, and ice as well as care for race-related injuries. Please bring your own tape. Please make sure all runners are compliant with the NFHS/VHSL rules for sportsmanship and uniforms.
Awards: Medals to Top 15 finishers in the Varsity Divisions. Trophies to the Girls and Boys Varsity Team Champions. Plaques to the Runner of the Year in each Varsity Division.
Advancement: The Top 4 Valley District teams and the top 5 individuals not on those 4 teams will advance to the Region 3C Championship to be hosted by Fluvanna County High School on Wednesday Oct. 29th, 2025 beginning at 2:00p. Additional Region information will be in your team packets.
