Entry Forms:Please submit all entries on Milestat by Monday, October 20th at 12 noon.
Parking:
Spectator parking: We ask all spectators to park in the picnic area located at 166 Cove Ridge Center Duffield VA 24244, then walk to shelter 5.
If someone with your team requires handicap parking, please text or call Coach Culbertson (276-690-0010) so parking can be arranged.
Buses will be able to drop off students below the picnic area. After students are dropped off, we ask that buses park along the back row of the parking lot. Someone will be there to assist with parking.

Scoring/Uniforms:NFHS Rules Book for scoring and uniforms will be followed.
Trophy/Awards:Champion & Runner-Up teams will receive trophies
Championship Team will receive medals
Top 10 individuals will receive medals
Top 10 individuals in each division will be named to the All-District Teams.
Regional Qualifiers: Top 3 teams and top 10 individuals that are not on one of the top 3 teams will advance to the Region 2D Meet on October 28th in Tazewell, VA.
Concessions:Concessions will not be available.
Shirts:T-shirt pickup will be at the registration tent. Please pre-order your team shirts if you would like them.
Hospitality:Hospitality will be located next to the registration tent and available for coaches, administrators, workers, and bus drivers.
First Aid:Jeffery Dunkling MS, ATC
Regional entry form: The paper copy will be in each packet and should be given to Coach Marah Culbertson before leaving the course. Each coach will also need to register every qualifying runner online at milestat.com. The paper copies will be sent to the Region director as a means of checking online entries.
