Entries: All entries must be completed using AthleticNET or MileSplit. Anyone needing assistance should email Coach Worley lworley@emoryhenry.edu. No phone or email entries will be accepted.
Sunday, March 22 Entries due on Athletic.net or MileSplit by 10:00pm
Monday, March 23 Entries will be posted with seed marks by the end of the day
Wednesday, March 25 Coaches challenges to any entry must be submitted by 12:00pm
Friday, March 27 Final fields will be posted
Friday, March 27 Heat/flight sheets with final time schedule will be posted
Meet is open for Virginia Public Schools, and Bordering States. Per VHSL rule, unattached athletes may not compete in this meet.
Entry Fee: $250 per team if entering both boys and girls teams or $150 if entering either boys or girls team.

Packet Pickup: We will not be distributing packets.
Weather: Should inclement weather occur, teams will be asked to shelter in their vehicles.
Track: Eight-lane, Mondo Super X720 Surface. 1/4 pyramid spikes only. Spikes will be checked at check-in.
Infield: The will be closed to ALL athletes. We will allow coaches to coach from the infield but everyone needs to help control athletes on the infield or it will be completely closed to everyone.
Team Camps: Must be located on the outside perimeter of the track. No camps should be in the bleachers or on the finishline side of the facility.
Safety Rules: All electronics devices, except in the possession of a coaching staff, are prohibited inside the competition area (this includes: headphones, cellphones, iPad, etc.). Athletes will receive 1 warning and then shall be disqualified.
Check in: Athletes must check in at least 30 minutes before their scheduled event starts.
If an athlete does not check in at least 30 minutes before the event starts, they will be scratched!
Implements: All implements must be checked in before the event begins. Implements will be checked in at the field event shed located by the shot put area.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to top 8 places in each individual event and top 4 for relay events.
Lunch: Lunch will be provided to coaches.
Admission: $8 per person. In addition, concessions will be on sale.
