Arrows Invitational 2025

Location:   Woodgrove High School:   36811 Allder School Rd, Purcellville, VA 20132
*We are blessed to announce a new location this year which is spike friendly and a lot of fun.  We are most grateful to the Woodgrove athletics staff for allowing us this wonderful opportunity.
Schedule:
  • 10:15 am Packet Pick-Up
  • 10:45 am Coaches' Meeting
  • 11:00 am High School Girls 5K
  • 11:30 am High School Boys 5K
  • 12:00 pm Middle School 2 miles  (Grades 5th through 8th); boys will toe the starting line and girls will line up behind them;  once the boys start, the girls will move up to the starting line and their race will start 5 minutes after the boys;  boys and girls will score separately  
  • 12:30 pm Awards

Entry Fees:  

Individuals: $20 per athlete

Small program (8-15 athletes): $150

Medium (16-25): $250

Large (26-up): $350

Payment:  Checks can be made payable to "St. Sebastian Academy."  Please bring your check to the meet and provide it to our staff member at packet pick up.  

Entries: Are made via Milestat. Entries will close on Tuesday, November 11th, at 11:00 pm.

Timing: Chip timing will be provided by Blue Ridge Timing and meet results will be posted online.

Awards: Medals will be given to the top 10 finishers in each middle school and high school race.  Plaques will be given out to the top teams (MSG, MSB, HSG, HSB).  This meet is on a flat, fast course and can serve as an end of season finale or a tune up for post season competition.  We hope you can join us!
