 Athletes CANNOT compete in both Varsity (9-12 Grades) and Sub-Varsity (8th & 9th graders ONLY) events. Coaches please DO NOT put a Sub-Varsity athlete in a Sub-Varsity race if they are running consistently in your Varsity races.

 Results will be posted LIVE once the events have been FINALIZED.

AWARDS: 1ST, 2ND, & 3RD place INDIVIDUAL and 1ST, 2ND & 3RD place RELAY TEAMS ONLY.

WEIGHT-MEN'S RELAY: SHOT PUT AND DISCUS THROWERS ONLY (do NOT allow your Track runners to participate)

COACHES & DHS ALUMNI MIXED RELAYS - 4x100 (The coaches or Alumni must represent your staff or school)

MARKS:(4) PER PERSON SHOT PUT, DISCUS, LONG JUMP, TRIPLE JUMP, HIGH JUMP, PV - (1) mark measured the (3) must meet the standards - NO FINALS! 

Standards and Starting heights could be set depending on the number of entries. Please give each athlete a mark or time and be considerate to give everyone a fair chance to compete at their level. EVERY team gets (1) athlete below the STANDARDS but the other (3) need to meet the standard.

DEADLINE: Entries are due online to www.milestat.com by Thursday, April 23, 2025 @ Midnight.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

ALL athletes must have a TIME or MARK ENTERED. PLEASE be fair to give all athletes equal opportunity to compete at his or her level.

COST: $200 per Team Varsity or Sub-Varsity - $350.00 both Teams - Varsity and Sub-Varsity - Individuals $20

CHECKS PAYABLE TO: Denbigh HS Athletic Department ATTENTION: Track and Field

Unless the meet is CANCELLED everyone is expected to PAY for participating. If we DO NOT receive your money, we need an email from your AD or BOOKKEEPER saying money is coming or PAY at the Meet.
