Varsity - 9-12 Grades (Unlimited Entries)

Frosh - (8th &9th Graders ONLY) 

4x100, 4x400 (A&B) 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600 (LIMITED Entries per event - NO Field Events)

Athletes cannot compete in both groups.

Give each athlete a mark or time!

Events (Total of 3 events per athlete)

Relays - 4x100, 4x400, 4x800, 4x1600, 1600 Sprint Medley-200, 200,400,800 Distance Medley-1200,400,800,1600 (Relays count towards (3) Total Events) (A & B relays)

Open Races - 100/110 Hurdles, 100, 200, 300m hurdles, 400, 800, 1600, 3200 (UNLIMITED ENTRIES - VARSITY RACES ONLY)

Field Events - (UNLIMITED) (3 Jumps/Throws - 1st measured/rest must meet standards) NO FINALS

PV, LJ, TJ, HJ, SP, D

Scoring (Team Scoring - 1-8 PLACES) 

1st & 2nd Place Team Overall

1 -3 Places - Medals (Individuals & Relays)

Cost

Frosh - (1) Team - $200 per Team

Frosh - (2) Teams both Boys and Girls - $300

Varsity - (1) Team - $200

Varsity - (2) Teams both Boys and Girls - $300 

(5) or more athletes considered a Full Team 

$15 per Individual

$25 per Relay w/o a Full Team
