Nelson County XC Meet 2025 2025

Course Location: The course is located behind the high school. Buses should drop off athletes behind the Middle School. When entering the property, buses should turn right instead of left. A course map will be provided.

Course Distances:

• Middle School - 2 miles

• High School - 5K

Facilities: Porta-potties will be available. No concessions. Our AT will be available at the finish line.

Awards: Medals will be given to the top 15 finishers in each race. There will be no awards ceremony; medals not picked up will be mailed to schools.

Coaches Meetings:

• 4:45 PM - Middle School coaches

• 5:15 PM - High School coaches

Race Schedule:

• 5:00 PM - Middle School Race (2 miles)

• 5:30 PM - Girls Varsity Race (5K)

• 6:15 PM - Boys Varsity Race (5K)

Timing & Results: An electronic timing system will be used at the finish line. Bibs will be provided. Results will be posted on MileStat following the meet.
