LOCATION: Lightridge High School 41025 Collaboration Drive, Aldie, VA 20105
TIMES:
Boys Race: 4:30 pm
Girls Race: 5:00 pm
COACHES MEETING: 4:00 pm. at Finish Line
COURSE DESCRIPTION: A 5K course run on the grounds of Lightridge High School. The course is all grass with 2 bridge crossings. The start and finish are next to each other.
COURSE OPENS: 3:00pm
AWARDS:Team trophy to regular season champs

ENTRIES: Are due by Monday, October 20th by 9pm. You will be allowed 10 entries per race with all 10 running.
ADVANCEMENT: Potomac District will get all 6 teams to the Region meet on 10/29 at Oatlands Historic House and Gardens.
PARKING: Buses can drop off by the grass field.
Spectator parking as available in lot between stadium and turf 2.
DRESS: Restrooms will be open in the stadium
NO CONCESSIONS
MISCELLANEOUS: No one is allowed to enter the school
