Meet Information
Traditional Polar Bear Meet hosted by Lee High School. The meet will have Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) by Velocity Timing. We will follow the normal Indoor T&F meet schedule.
THE TRACK FACILITY WILL OPEN AT 2:45 PM on Friday, 2/13. Athletes and coaches can be dropped off at the gate located at the top of the home bleachers for entry. After drop off, buses will need to continue to the top of the hill to the baseball parking lot to turn around. Buses must park at the top of the home bleachers on the stadium side of road. This is to avoid congestion for our traffic/buses after school. Drivers can move buses to lower lot across from stadium after 4:00 pm.

Entries close on Thursday, February 12th at 6:00 PM.
ENTRY FEES:
The entry fee is $75.00 total PER SCHOOL (both boys and girls teams). Entry fees are to help with the payment for the F.A.T. timing of the meet. Entry fees can be paid by mailing a check to Lee High School Track & Field 200 Generals Ln. Jonesville, VA 24263. Teams can also bring a check the day of the meet.
WEIGH-INS:
Weigh-ins will take place in the shot put area outside the stadium beginning at 3:05 PM. Only APPROVED IMPLEMENTS are to be in the throws areas.
COACHES MEETING will be at 3:15 PM at midfield.
If anyone would like to volunteer to assist in running a field event, please email/text/call to let us know by Wednesday, 2/11. Any remaining field events will be assigned evenly throughout the teams attending. Those assignments will be emailed/communicated late Thursday night (2/12) or early Friday morning (2/13).
