This meet will be governed in accordance with Virginia High School League Rules
Entries: Each school is allowed three (3) individuals per event and one (1) relay per school. All athletes over the entry limit of 3 MUST have met or exceeded the Regional Standard to compete. Which means your three entries and the additional entries must meet the regional standard if you have more than three. Additional qualifiers MUST be emailed to Tenise Patrick at tenisepatrick@gmail.com ONLY PERFORMANCES FROM THIS INDOOR SEASON WILL BE ALLOWED
Deadline for Entries: Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 7:00 pm
Clerking: Check-in for all running events will take place near the starting line of the 55m Dash. Please remind your athletes to check in during the first call of their events. Check-in for all field events will take place at the event. PLEASE NOTE THE UNIFORM RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Admission Cost: $10.00 Cash ONLY
+ Throwing Implements must be provided by competing athletes and will be weighed before the competition. All ineligible implements will be held until the conclusion of the event.
+ All pole vaulter poles will be certified before the competition.
Starting Heights: Pole Vault - Girls | Boys (bar raised in 6 increments)
High Jump - Girls | Boys (bar raised in 2 increments)
Results: Live results will be posted at finallaptiminggroup.com and Milestat
Other Information: The finish line area is off-limits to all coaches, athletes, and spectators.
VHSL State Entries: Athletes who finish in the top three (3) in the Regional Meet and those who have met or exceeded the VHSL Class 3/4 State Standards are eligible to compete in the 2026 VHSL State Championships.
Awards: Individual awards MUST be picked by a coach after the meet. Regional Team awards will be presented after the meet.
