- WHEN: Saturday, April 18, 2026
- TIME: Meet Start: 9 am field events ( plus 4x800 relay); 10am running events (rolling schedule)
- WHERE: Hidden Valley High School, 5000 Titan Trail, Roanoke, VA 24018
- ENTRIES: 4 entries per running event. 3 entries per field event. Relays one per team.
- COST FOR TEAMS: Flat fee of $250 for both boys and girls together.
- FACILITY: 6 lane 400m all-weather track
- SPIKES: Spikes NO LONGER than 1/4 inch will be allowed
- DIVISIONS: Boys and Girls HS
- ENTRIES: All entries will be done through milestat.com. ALL ENTRIES ARE DUE BY Tuesday, April 14 at 7pm. You will be able to change and update entries until the deadline.
- ATHLETIC TRAINER: Will be on sight for limited assistance.
- BUS Drop Off and PARKING: Athletes will be dropped off at the entrance to the track.
- ADMISSION: There will be a $6 admission fee to all spectators.

Field Events start at 9AM and 4x800 relay
4x800m Relay 9:00 am
3200m 9:30 am
High Jump - Girls, then Boys
Long Jump (3 jumps, no finals) - Boys and Girls
Triple Jump (3 jumps, no finals) - Boys and Girls after long jump
Shot Put (4 throws, no finals) - Boys, then Girls
Discus (4 throws, then finals) - Girls, then Boys
Track Events start at 10AM
(Rolling schedule) - Girls followed by Boys
