Meet Information
This meet will be guided by National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) rules. Meet management reserves the right to adjust procedures, event formats, or scheduling as necessary for meet administration.
COST: $250 per team, $20 per unattached athlete payable at the time of registration. A link will be provided.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: The order will be MS Girls, MS Boys, HS Girls, HS Boys with the exception of the 100/110 Hurdles which will be MS Girls, HS Girls, MS Boys, HS Boys.
7:00 AM Throws Implement Weigh-in. Any athletes who did not get their implement weighed will have to borrow one at the event.
- Discus Weights: HS Boys = 1.6 kg, HS Girls = 1 kg, MS Boys/Girls = 1 kg.
- Shot Put Weights: HS Boys = 12 lbs, HS Girls/MS Boys = 8.8 lbs (4 kg), MS Girls = 6 lbs.
- High Jump Starting Heights: MSG 3'4", HSG 3'8", MSB 3'10" HSB 4'8"
7:15 AM Coaches Meeting
7:30 AM Field Event Check-in and Warm Ups. 7:45 AM Field Events Begin - 3 Attempts
- Long Jump: Boys (MS first), then Girls (MS first). Triple Jump (HS only) after LJ.
- High Jump: Girls (MS first), then Boys (MS first)
- Shot Put: Boys (MS first), then Girls (MS first)
- Discus: Girls (MS first), then Boys (MS first)
