Online Registration Instructions
WHEN: Thursday, March 26th
MEET START: 4:30 pm
HEAT SHEETS: will be posted prior to the meet start
WHERE: Alleghany High School
210 Mountaineer Dr.
FACILITY:
6 lane 400m track
SPIKES: Spikes NO LONGER than 1/4 inch will be allowed.
DIVISIONS: Boys and Girls MS
SUBMITTING ENTRIES: All entries will be done through milestat.com. ALL ENTRIES ARE DUE BY Monday, March 23 at 11:59 pm. You will be able to change and update entries until the deadline.
ATHLETIC TRAINER: Will be on sight for limited assistance.
TIMING: By RunRoanoke
BUS DROP OFF and PARKING: Athletes will be dropped off at the entrance to the stadium/track. Buses will be directed up the hill to park in the gravel lot or the bus loop at Alleghany
ADMISSION:
There will be a $5 admission fee to all spectators.

4:30 Boys Discus then girls Discus
4:30 Girls Shot then boys shot
4:30 Boys Long Jump (4 jumps Open Pit) followed by boys Triple Jump (4 jumps Open Pit)
4:30 Girls Long Jump (4 Jumps Open Pit) followed by girls Triple Jump (4 jumps Open Pit)
4:30 Girls High Jump then Boys High Jump (HJ takes precedence over Long jump as the bar will not be lowered once it is raised)
RUNNING EVENTS:
5:00 Girls 4x800 relay followed by boys 4x800 relay (may be combined depending on entries)
Running events will start at 5:00pm and we will be on a rolling schedule. All events will be run girls then boys
