DATE: Saturday, March 21st, 2026

TIME: Gates Open at 8:30 am.

PLACE: George Washington High School

ADMISSION: Spectator tickets will be sold at the gate at a rate of $10 per person. 

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: Coaches will enter their athletes by using milestat.com online entry service. Entry deadline is Wednesday, March 18th by 11:00 pm.

COST: Entry Fee will be $150 per School, or $75 per Gender. Teams under 10 athletes $25 per athlete/relay.

MEET SCHEDULE: All field events and the 4x800 relay will begin at 10:00am.  All other running events will follow a rolling schedule starting at NOON. For field events, athletes must remember to check out with the event clerk before leaving to participate in a running event. Running events take priority over field events and will not be delayed.

ENTRY LIMITATIONS:

Individual Running Events - 4 entries per school per event

3200 Meter Run May combine genders if total number of entries is small

Relay Events - 2 relays per school per event 

Field Events - 4 entries per school per event 

VENUE INFORMATION: The GW track facility includes a synthetic eight-lane NCAA track, high jump and pole vault setups, two sand pits for jumps, and separate throwing areas for shot put and discus. 

COACHES MEETING - 9:30 In front of the Field House. 

MEET SCHEDULE: All field events and 4x800 relay will begin at 10:00am, all other events will operate on a rolling schedule starting at NOON. FIELD EVENTS: 10:00 am start - Run throughs should be completed prior to 10:00 am. This may change depending on the number of boys long jump entries.  Three throws/jumps, no finals.

Long Jump - Boys followed by the Girls 

Triple Jump - Girls followed by the Boys 

High Jump - Girls followed by Boys - Starting Heights: Girls 4'0" and Boys 5'0" 

Shot Put - Girls followed by Boys 

Discus - Boys followed by Girls 

Pole Vault - Boys and Girls SIMULTANEOUSLY on the same runway - Starting Heights: Girls 5'0", Boys 7'0"

TIMING: FAT timing will be provided by Snap Timing. Cameras will be set up at the finish line.

TEAM PACKETS: Available for pickup in the bullpen area the day of the meet.

BULLPEN: Located on the far end of the visitors bleachers. All athletes must check into the bullpen by final call. 

SPIKES: Only pyramid spikes or shorter are permissible and will be checked at the check in table. 

RESULTS: There will be a LIVE Results link available for this meet. Final results will also be posted to the meet page in Milestat. 

ATHLETIC TRAINERS: Certified athletic trainers will be available for limited services, located at the finish line. 

TENTS: Must be erected in the bleacher area only. 

DRESSING AREA: There will be no dressing area provided; however, restrooms are located in the field house on the visitors side and up on top of the hill at the concession stand.

AWARDS: Team trophy for the 1st Place Boys and Girls teams. Medals for top 3 finishers in each event.
